This looks fun. What a great way to cook for a crowd. I'd probably fill mine
with shrimp, barbecue pork, scallops, bacon, baked beans, corn on the cob,
little smokies, brats, yellow squash w/onion,a few whole peeled onions, and whole tomatoes. Fresh herbs and produce from the garden are great choices for this style of cooking. Everything tastes better smoked. Best part is no dishes to do, throw them in the compost pile along with the cooking pole.
